Buildstrapping Aloofix
- 1. Buildstrapping Aloofix 0.8 Kevin Johnson Aloof Architect http://www.aloofschipperke.com/
- 2. You will need: System i686-class CPU
- 3. 512MB+ RAM
- 4. 8GB+ Disk
- 5. Internet Access VM Instances Initial Build Server
- 6. Initial Aloofix Target VM engine VMWare Fusion, VirtualBox, or Qemu Initial Build Distro Debian 5.0, Gentoo 2008.0, Fedora 10, or Centos 5.2
- 9. config.mk TIMEZONE BOOT_LOADER Configure
- 10. $ ./scripts/build-stage.sh stage1 Build Stage1 ISO
- 13. Install to HD Boot iso image # /mnt/cdrom/installer/all Root password # reboot Boot HD image
- 14. Build Stage2 # su build $ cd /usr/src/aloofix-0.7.1 $ ./scripts/build-stage.sh stage2
- 15. Build Stage3 $ ./scripts/build-stage.sh stage3
- 16. $ ./scripts/build-stage.sh stage1 Build Stage1 ISO
