Mr. Bryant is a Finance Executive with 36 years of deal making experience and has operated a private Angel
capital and merchant banking company in New Mexico for 16 years and in Atlanta for 11 years. He has formerly
served as Chairman and CEO of the National Automobile Association and President & CEO of the Atlanta
Economic Development Corporation (AEDC). He also was CEO or Managing General Partner of six luxury Hotels
ranging in size from 19 to 500 rooms that included a Hyatt Regency, two Hiltons and a Stouffers. Current Civic
Involvement: Immediate Past President of Santa Fe Rotary Club, President of Santa Feans for Responsible Growth,
former Chairman of UNM-North Advisory Committee, Past President of SNAC, the umbrella organization for 18
home Owners Associations in NW Santa Fe and past associate Camp Director of Rotary's Camp RYLA. Founder and
operator of The Gathering of Angels, an Angel Forum with 2-5 meetings across USA to raise capital for seed and
early stage companies.
