Description of Qualifications:
--Extensive background in Corporate Card programs. As consultant to major
corporations at Lee Travel Group, advised on Corporate Card program selection,
implementation, and data reconciliation with ARC reporting, Group/Hotel programs,
Rental Car programs. Provided data from Sabre GDS and back office accounting
system as well as 3rd
party applications and card programs to clients as required.
Completely customized approach to reporting and analytics.
--Worked with Visa International for consulting client to provide client data on spend for
business travel segment of spend, providing search (city pair data), affiliate and
preferred air, hotel and rental car frequent flyer programs.
--At b-there, provided and reconciled credit card charges for transient group and
corporate travel purchases for air, conference registration, hotel and rental car bookings
for major corporate clients including HP, Proctor & Gamble (via American Express
Travel partner as reseller), Ernst & Young, American Cancer Society, Hilton Hotels,
Starwood Hotels, Adam’s Mark Hotels, Keene Consulting, Dallas Convention and
Visitors Bureau, to name a few. Emphasis was corporate consulting services in
conjunction with core ERS transaction engine.

GetThere air integration which was 1st
real time integration
for Sabre’s GetThere corporate booking platform.
--Developed 1st
air integration with DATALEX on WorldSpan.
--1st
Sabre agency to sign and utilize GetThere (Lee Travel Group) for Corporate and
Group booking engine.
--Project managed and developed with Sabre 1st
capability for price Zone Fares on line
for Corporate and Group Air Contracts.
As Business Development employee and later as consultant led identification, conducted
due diligence and negotiated business relationships with 3rd
party service providers for:
1. b-there—American Express Travel. Jay Roseman was contact at AMEX and can
be a reference.
2. b-there and GetThere—contract signed even after SABRE acquisition (SABRE
was invested in a competitor). Jane Stamp was contact at GetThere.
3. As British Telecom’s Director of Business Development for North America for
Travel & Leisure Vertical, initiated, researched all 3rd
party hardware and
software providers to create Strategic Partnerships including hotel brands (Wi-
Fi), rental cars (Avis/Budget) through John Turato, ancillary services (iSeatz),
and many more. Initiated partnership with then Cendant for complete outsource
of IT infrastructure, integration and data warehousing (signed after leaving BT but
can provide reference—Janelle Marte of BT Global Services).
4. Portaga-As VP Business Development developed strategic 3rd
party reseller plan
for Travel Management companies, signing 9 major, geographically dispersed
agencies for implementation of the SMB targeted corporate booking engines.
Sold and signed strategic partnership with American Airlines, in partnership with
Orbitz (for hotel and air reservations and data acquisition) for a corporate
booking solution targeted at the SMB market. Sold strategic partnership with
Avis/Budget for solution, which was built by FareLogix (Jim Davidson was
contact with others such as Mel Trudeau).
5. Market Metrix—As VP Business Development led project with TripAdvisor to
integrate their data with Market Metrix Customer Satisfaction Management
solutions. Worked with Pegasus for Trust International CRM integration and
global benchmarking service (David Chestler was contact).
6. ExpertFlyer—As VP Business Development led all proposition development and
negotiations including American Airlines, FlightStats, Reardon Commerce (now
Deem), Travelocity for Business and many other clients. References available
for all.
7. Recent Project Management for Wi-Fi infrastructure integrating into University
telecom and ID validation system for University of Monroe, Louisiana and LSU.
Required Project Management and strong System Integration skills. Data
analytics included behavioral and transaction activity online.
8. Strong relationships with companies such as ACXIOM, who I have worked with in
a number of roles. Greg Gauthier is contact, as well as others.
9. Familiar with ARC data analytics initiative. Contact and reference available.
I am analytical with strong travel vertical experience. When necessary, I use a number
of proven sources to build financial models and data analytics and integrated as well as
manual reconciliation. BT, b-there and Market Metrix, and really all required extensive
