looked after by Mr. Ahrishbhai, the Manager.
 Number of salespeople is 20 and there are 15
helpers.
 Weekly 2 days off for helpers and salespeople.
 2 TATA 407 trucks to transport products.
 Stocks are maintained on a daily basis.
 Design and Styles are changed on a regular
basis.
 Just-in-time production strategy is used
Marketing Strategy
 Advertises in the local and hindi newspapers.
 Putting up of hoardings during festivals
 Mainly target foreign tourists.
 Company has joined hands with Tourist
guides.
 Guides get 2% commission.
 Company joined hands with tour and travels
agencies.
Financial Strategy
 No such financial strategy.
 Company got finance from Mr. Mehrajuddins
family.
 By taking money from the market
manufacturing unit was setup in 1975.
 Book of account is maintained on a daily basis.
