I was asked to give an interview and attend a photoshoot for the Brunel Magazine, celebrating the 40th anniversary of Brunel, which was distributed at the Volvo Ocean Race event in Den Haag.
The interview touches on my opinions regarding strategy, Big Data, and predictive analysis.

Although his family are Manchester United
fans, Christopher also loves Manchester City.
I support both. Manchester is the best city
in the world, says Christopher. He has
risen fast in the Brunel organisation and
now travels between Amsterdam and his
hometown on a 50/50 basis. I started three
years ago. At the Global Recruitment Centre,
they needed data entry people for their
XRM project. The gig was supposed to last
twelve weeks, says Christopher with a smile.
Brunel saw the value of Christopher. Starting
out on data entry for the Energy organisation,
introducing XRM to other people all over
the world and working his way up the ranks
within Brunels Global IT department, this
fast-rising star knows what he wants and
where he wants to go. All the roles I have
played at Brunel have influenced my view
of Brunel as a truly global company. I am
grateful for the opportunities Brunel has
given me. I love the energy within the
company: If you dont go for it, youll never
get there. Its an energy that suits me, says
Christopher. He considers Brunel to be a
game changer. Our IT projects combine
Brunels service offering with Big Data to
better service our clients. The benefit of
being the biggest company is that we have
the biggest database and the biggest work-
force, so we are better able to predict any
number of things our clients need to know.
