This document contains a self-assessment for measuring encouragement behaviors. It consists of 21 statements about encouraging others as a business owner/CEO, spouse, and parent. Respondents rate how frequently they engage in each behavior from 1 (never) to 10 (always) in their various roles. The assessment is divided into three pages with totals for each role calculated at the end to determine an overall encouragement score.
