ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ! HQ will be responsible for: Client Acquisition Client Relation Getting Job Descriptions Collection from Client Franchisee will be responsible for: Identifying Candidates Candidate evaluation Candidate interaction for interviews
WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT Open Positions Submitted on Intranet Franchised to search for candidates, interview and shortlist the candidates as per client JD. Submit the resume of the shortlisted candidates to franchise@careeradvisory.in HQ to co-ordinates with the client for the interviews Candidates that ll be finalized will be shared with the respective franchisee (s)
