Dr. Swapan Kumar Rajak has worked as a Health Supervisor for Nielsen India Pvt Ltd since May 2013 on their AHS-CAB government program, helping to make it a success. However, despite his efforts over 8 months, he has only been paid for 2 months and is in need of the payment for his hard earned work. He brings this to Mr. Kalpesh Mehta's attention and requests that his payment be processed urgently as he has received betrayal and false promises.

To Mr. Kalpesh Mehta Nielsen India Pvt Ltd Sir, I wish to state that I am DR. Swapan Kumar Rajak, working as Health Supervisor in Nielsen India Pvt Ltd in AHS-CAB programme of government of India. I am associated with Nielsen India since May- 2013 and started working in the AHS-CAB programme since OCT- 2013. Besides working with Nielsen I have helped a lot in making this programme a success for Nielsen. But in spite of all these help which I have done I have received betrayal and false promises. I have till now worked for 8 months and received the payment of only 2 months that to after lot and lots of effort. I am bringing this to your notice as I am in need of my hard earned money and I am not asking for anything more.
