This letter requests assistance from the California Attorney General's office for the District Attorney of San Luis Obispo County. It describes activities of an individual named Nathan Ames Stolpman who broadcasts livestreams on YouTube and videos on Patreon directing "crowd stalking" followers to target and harass private citizens by publishing their personal information. Stolpman issues "bounties" for photos of targeted individuals and provides their intended locations. The letter writer believes the District Attorney has not demonstrated a clear understanding of relevant privacy laws and requests the Attorney General's office provide technical assistance to the District Attorney regarding Stolpman's activities.

SUBJ: Request for assistance – San Luis Obispo County
REF: (a) ARTICLE I DECLARATION OF RIGHTS [SECTION 1 - SEC. 32]
( Article 1 adopted 1879. )
(b) California Penal Code Section 646.9
Ladies and Gentlemen:
The present District Attorney for San Luis Obispo (SLO) County may require assistance
from your offices to better understand relevant laws; see ref: (a) and (b).
An individual in SLO County maintains a worldwide network of crowd stalking associates
that receive calls to action via Livestream broadcasts on YouTube and videos on PATREON
to target the private citizens of California. The individual is known as:
NATHAN AMES STOLPMAN, age 38
LIFT THE VEIL (YouTube)
LIFT THE VEIL TOO (YouTube)
LIFT THE VEIL LIVE (YouTube)
LIFT THE VEIL (PATREON)
At the direction of Mr. Stolpman, these crowd stalkers perform “gang stalking” activities to
expose the personal and sensitive information about private individuals for the entertainment
of audience. This is conducted in a sort of “real time scavenger hunt”, for which Mr.
Stolpman is handsomely rewarded via financial incentives from both YouTube and Patreon.
Broadcasted details include the home address, phone number, etc. of the victim with a call
to action to “take care of” or “visit” the victim.

2. PAGE TWO—STOLPMAN
Mr. Stolpman is fond of issuing “bounties” for photographs of his targeted individuals. By
providing the intended whereabouts of the victim, a call to action is issued to intercept the
individual for unwanted photography and other harassment.
The District Attorney (D.A.) for SLO County has unfortunately demonstrated a lack of a clear
understanding of ref: (a) and (b). It almost appears that this D.A. is bewildered by the laws
that impact the activities of Mr. Stolpman.
As you are well aware, the SLO D.A. took an oath to uphold the California Constitution (ref:
(a)). Thus, the undersigned remains perplexed as to the appearance of negligence
demonstrated by this public official.
I request that your office provide technical assistance to the D.A. for SLO County.
Warm regards,
/s/
Dave Sweigert
