Penguins are the author's favorite Antarctic animal because they find the babies furry and cute and penguins are funny. Penguins love swimming, can dive up to 210 feet deep for over 11 minutes, and love to eat about 90 fish per day, though this makes them smelly. Penguins are prey for other animals but make great parents as mummy and daddy penguins care for their babies all winter long, and the author finds videos of penguins on icebergs funny.
