This lesson plan aims to teach students about career clusters over 45-50 minutes. Students will learn the different career clusters, how to identify career responsibilities, and methods of classifying occupations. They will read the story "How Santa Got His Job" and discuss which career clusters Santa's various jobs would fall under. The goal is for students to learn the relationship between personal interests and career exploration by comparing and contrasting career options within the different clusters.
