Systems Analysts Systems Engineers Ian Siew Systems Analyst Job Scope Requirements Our Systems Analysts/Systems Engineers are the enablers of PSAs reliable and advance systems capable of handling the scale and complexity of our daily operations. Degree in Computing, Computer Science or Computer Engineering Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to pre-empt and resolve issues Passionate about technology Systems Analysts provide IT solutions that support our business operations, customers and corporate services. They translate our users requests into technical specifications and are responsible for designing, developing and maintaining software applications using Java, C, C++ and Object-Oriented Technology. Systems Engineers work closely with other infrastructure teams to plan for system upgrades, systems and application troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. They specialise in areas such as database and server administration, network operations and security management. The mentorship program and the wide range of technical and soft skill courses available to me facilitate my growth as an IT professional, keeping me abreast of the ever changing IT world.
