WHY IS AN ORGANIZATION NEEDED FOR THIS?
 THOUSANDS of communities and economic development
organizations compete for businesses (competition is fierce).
 Businesses want someone who stands in their corner and guides
them through the development process.
 Businesses tend to desire communities which demonstrate
development preparation and will make the necessary
investments to attract deals. These communities WIN.
 Communities which are unprepared for growth or do not
prioritize highly the needs of existing and prospective businesses
