This document discusses how to form comparative adjectives in English. For regular one-syllable adjectives, add -er to form the comparative. For adjectives ending in consonant-vowel-consonant, add -er. For adjectives ending in y, change y to i and add -er. Comparative adjectives are used to compare two things and are followed by "than".
