3. In the Final Grades worksheet, the range E5:F8 will contain the lower and upper range
for each grade, as follows: a. In the range E5:83, enter the values 0, 70, 80, and so to
indicate that the lowest value Ds, Cs, Bs, and As are 0, 70, SO, and 90 poi., respectively. b.
In the range F5:F7, calculate the upper limit for each grade by entering a formula that
returns a value 1 point less than the lowest value for the next grade. For example, the
