The	CFW	SWM	program
clearly	aligns	with	the	need	to	create	job	opportunities and	support	SWM	at
municipality	level.	This	programmerepresents	an	important	contribution	to	the	JRP
as	it	covers	short- term	support	and	bridges	over	to	longer-term	sustainable	livelihoods.
