This document discusses a study on what motivates people to choose a catering establishment in Bangladesh. It identifies various types of catering establishments and lists 21 factors that influence motivation. A regression equation is provided to analyze the overall motivation based on these 21 factors. The results show that low price, favorable atmosphere, security and reliability are most influential. The conclusion provides recommendations for management to evaluate employee needs annually and consider job design, work atmosphere, rewards, and larger sample sizes for further studies.
