 DC COMMISSION ON THE ARTS AND HUMANITIES (CAH) will issue a
Request for Proposals (RFP) for public art
 In coordination with DCPL, a selection committee that includes
community representatives will review proposals
 Selection committee will recommend to CAH Board of Commissioners a
winning design and art/artist team
 Upon approval by Commissioners, CAH will enter into agreement with
artist to design, fabricate, and install art
