CBAM: Stages of Concern about Technology Integration
(CBAM: Concerns Based Adoption Model)
In facilitating change, you need to know what concerns people about technology integration and the
implementation of change. CBAM offers coaches and mentors several ways to identify these
concerns, interpret them, and then act on them with strategies to guide change.
