This document discusses the concept of vision of success through three case examples - 3 Idiots, Lagaan, and Iqbal. In 3 Idiots, Rancho's vision was excellence rather than just success, which led him to become a scientist. In Lagaan, Bhuvan's vision was empowering his villagers, which allowed them to defeat the British in cricket and be freed from taxes. In Iqbal, Iqbal's vision was gaining self-confidence and skills to play cricket despite being deaf and dumb, which earned him a place on the Indian national cricket team.
