This document outlines Cees Donkers' proposal for an international urban lab summer course. It would involve urban design students collaborating across borders to address challenges facing shrinking cities and new technologies. The proposed summer courses in 2014 and 2015 brought students from various countries together in Eindhoven to share knowledge, different cultural perspectives, and new technologies. The goal was to contribute solutions for presentations, exhibitions, and online platforms to inspire further international collaboration on urban issues.
