TO WHOMEVER IT MAY CONCERN
This is to certify that Mr. Rick Winter, a resident of Colorado, United States of America, has successfully
completed his volunteering engagement with Eagles’ Cocoon from 19
th
May, 2015 to 15
th
June 2015.
During this period, he was engaged in the School Turnaround Project initiative managed by Eagles’
Cocoon, wherein experienced educationists are selected from a pool of global applicants and are
assigned to the task of turning around distressed and needy educational bodies in India.
Despite the limited time at hand, Mr. Winter was able to successfully contribute to two institutions - one of
which is the largest body of education for the Tibetans living in exile in India and the other one is a village
school in Himachal Pradesh. While he was engaged in multiple activities, his key contribution was in the
area of revamping the fund raising efforts of the village school as well as helping the academic leaders
identify and prepare for the greatest academic challenge facing the Tibetan children community.
Particularly, he was always dedicated and very thorough with his work, and showed a rare ease in
navigating through ambiguous situations with confidence and poise.
We wish him luck and strongly recommend his candidature for roles that demand leadership, maturity,
and entrepreneurial skills.
