Devnet Association International, an international NGO with consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council, has certified that it entered into a cooperation agreement with Groupe Gestion des Affaires et Conseil (GGAC), an organization based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. The purpose of the agreement is to help the two organizations formulate a strategy and action plan to expand the WINNER program, a UNDP initiative to enhance women's entrepreneurial skills, in Ivory Coast and other West African countries. The certification is only to establish the cooperation agreement signed between GGAC and Devnet on June 15, 2007.

To Whom it may concern:
This is to certify that Groupe Gestion des Affaires et Conseil (GGAC), an
organization with main office in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) has entered into Cooperation
Agreement with Devnet Association International, an international non-government
organization with main office in Rome (Italy), with Consultative Status Category 1
granted by the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
The cooperation agreement is for the purpose of helping each other formulate a
strategy and action plan for expanding the scope and coverage in Ivory Coast and
selected countries of West Africa of the global program WINNER (Women into the
Network for Entrepreneurial Reinforcement), a UNDP (United Nations
Development Program) program for the enhancement of womens entrepreneurial
capacity for gender equality and equity, and economic security.
The certification is being issued only for the purpose of establishing and affirming
the Cooperation Agreement between GGAC and Devnet Association International
signed on 15 June 2007.
