CERTIFICATION OF MOU BETWEEN GSI AND PHIRECO RWANDA

This document certifies a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between Groupe Scolaire Indangaburezi (GSI) and PHIRECO Africa Rwanda Ltd. The MOU aims to combine their strategic vocational education, training, employment, and entrepreneurship programs and expertise based in Rwanda. The governing law is the Republic of Rwanda and the MOU takes effect on December 17, 2019. Representatives from both GSI and PHIRECO Rwanda signed the MOU to collaborate on innovative multi-purpose technology and skills training.
