Carleton Furniture Group Carleton has been awarded a number of international standards for manufacturing, safety, environmental and quality including: Carleton has a chain of custody procedure to ensure compliance with the Forest Stewardship Council Certification Scheme criteria. As part of this system it is the policy of Carleton to avoid using wood from genetically modified trees and from uncertified high conservation value old-growth forests.  Carleton endorses FSC and has a full time environmental manager on site.
customer .   services Client Contact Our Customer Services Department is based at our Head Office in Pontefract. Each customer has a dedicated Account Manager and Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for the day to day support and all aspects of order progression.  After Sales Service We are committed to supplying any additional required products in as short a lead-time as possible. We will also develop and design any new components that may be required at a future date to accommodate changes in technology. A Project Manager is assigned throughout the project life cycle and is responsible for any service requirements , he will also conduct a yearly audit of your site. Warranties and Continuity A full guarantee covers defects in manufacture and faults evident in conditions of normal use. The proposed ranges are available for a minimum of 10 years for products  manufactured by Carleton, bought in products would be subject to the manufacturers  warranty.
design .   services The Carleton Design Team Consists of a Design Director, Design Manager and support team of 4 project, 2 product designers and a spaceplanner. We deliver designs from evaluation, concept, prototype, detail to manufacture. Product design is undertaken to develop innovative solutions addressing and creating market demand. Production design is undertaken in consultation with our clients developing bespoke solutions on their behalf, through design, manufacture and installation.
