Chakra Balancing
(You will only need to read the introduction once or twice to remember
                         where your chakras are.)
Introduction: We will first go over the 7 chakras and
where theyre located on your body.
          7th Chakra: Crown Chakra (Head-Gold)
6th Chakra: Third Eye Chakra (Forehead-Purple)
         5th Chakra: Throat Chakra (Neck-Blue)
        4th Chakra: Heart Chakra (Chest-Green)
       3rd Chakra: Solar Plexus (Stomach-Orange)
2nd Chakra: Sacral Chakra (Low stomach-Light Blue)
1st Chakra: Root Chakra (Base of spine-Red)

Technique: To start this meditation, visualize your body
and 7 colorful energy orbs where each of your chakras
are located. Begin with your root chakra and imagine the
color of that chakra (Red). Push out all of the old energy
and bring in new energy. You can visualize filling up a
bucket with the old energy of the chakra. Now dump it
out and fill the bucket up with vibrant new energy and
                pour that into the chakra.
Keep following this process until you reach your crown
chakra. Once you get to this stage you can visualize your
body again, with each chakra glowing brightly.

(This is a basic chakra cleansing/balancing meditation and it can
take less than 5minutes depending on how often you practice.
Remember speed is not the goal.)
