To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to write a recommendation for Anthony Rioles, the Swamp Bats intern assigned to
manage our Chamber Night at the Swamp Bats event. Every year I work with interns from the
Swamp Bats organization and he was by far the most organized and enthusiastic. Anthony has very
strong event promotion and marketing skills and I can tell that he is passionate about sports
management.

While planning the event, he came up with creative ideas to make it more fun. While going over
details the day before the event, he didnt hesitate to offer to create last minute marketing materials
and was able to get them done on short notice. The night of the event, he managed the other Swamp
Bats interns and did all that was needed to set up.

Chamber Night at the Swamp Bats is one of the more difficult sponsor nights to manage because
many businesses are participating. I was impressed by Anthonys high energy, great attitude and
ability to interact professionally with the chamber members who set up booths.

All in all, Anthony did a great job and I would highly recommend him as an intern or employee.

Sincerely,

Christine Hadlow
Membership and Marketing Coordinator
