WORK EXPERIENCE:
Company : Iron Mountain Pvt. Ltd
Position : Process Associate in Finance shared services. (AR)
Period of Work : Presently working from June, 2013
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
US and Canada cash application process in Oracle financials. (Check and Wire payments)
Creation of batch and receipts in Oracle,application of cash as per the invoice details from
customer portal.
Processing of refunds to customers on overpayments, duplicate payments and other misdirected
payments.
Creation of CM and Debit memo to knock of adjustment amount.
Contacting customers for remittance details through emails and addressing their post payment
issues.
Conducting training for new joiners.
Research on unapplied balance to clear or refund the cash to respective customers.
