3. To adjust the speed and/or duration of a video clip in Premiere, right-click the video clip in the timeline. A context menu appears like the one pictured left.
4. Check the油 Reverse Speed 油box to make the video play backwards. Check the油 Maintain Audio Pitch 油box to prevent the sound from going up or down in pitch.
5. Select the油 Effects Controls 油tab in the Monitor window. Click the triangle next to the油 Opacity 油property to expand it. Either click the opacity value and enter a new value, or drag the slider.
