Ingredientsfor 6 people:
strawberries
Biscuits
Gelatin Raspberry
juice
Sugar cream
Natural
yoghurt
EggsRaspberries
Salt
. 125g strawberries
. 125g raspberries
. 5 leaves of gelatin
. 4 tablespoons of cream
. 4 egg whites
. 1 pinch of salt
. 500g of natural yoghurt
. 4 tablespoons of sugar
. 30 slim & tall biscuits
. Raspberry juice

Soak the leaves of gelatin in a bowl of cold water .

Put the bowl with cream into a big pan
filled with water.
Take 4 tablespoons of cream and put
them in a bowl .
Wring the gelatin and add it to the cream, mix until it is melted .

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Mix the natural yoghurt, the cream and the sugar
together.

Add the mixture to the beaten egg whites and mix
delicately.

When the mixture is mixed well, add the raspberries.

Soak the biscuits in the raspberry juice.
Cover all the surfaces of the mould with the soaked biscuits.

Fill half the mold with the mixture, up to the middle.
Put another layer of biscuits
Now..put a layer of mixture and then a layer of biscuits.

In the end ,
Leave the
Charlotte in the
fridge for 6 hours
…
Decorate the top of the cake with strawberries and sprinkle it with caster
sugar .
