WHY THIS WORKSHOP As part of our commitment to social responsibility, we are running a TIT Social Responsibility Initiative (TSRI) program to give back to the society. Through this program, we undertake various social activities that address important issues affecting our society. However, with the emergence of AI Tool ChatGPT, we are now realizing that the way education is delivered and monitored may undergo significant changes. Therefore, this year, we have included ChatGPT in our TSRI program and will focus on educating our stakeholders about its concept, usage, and potential challenges.
What is Artificial Intelligence(AI) Artificial intelligence, or AI for short, is the simulation of human intelligence processes by any processing device.
What is ChatGPT ? CHATGPT is a variant of GPT (Generative Pre-training Transformer). GPT Models are Trained. ChatGPT is Specifically Designed.
WHY A TEACHER SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ChatGPT The students will soon be utilizing it on a full- time basis. As educators, it's important for us to understand the advantages, risks, and prospects that it brings to schools. AI Tool-ChatGPT has been taking the world by storm

CHALLENGES BEFORE TEACHERS One of the main challenges for the teachers will be to assess students' progress fairly, as ChatGPT may make it easier for students to do their homework and this could consequently have an adverse effect on students in learning the concepts taught in the classroom. ChatGPT is a freakishly capable tool that landed in their midst with no warning, and it performs reasonably well across a wide variety of tasks and academic subjects.

OPPURTUNITIES Don’t FEAR ChatGPT in Schools. Learn to Deal and Teach With It. Over the next few years, the capabilities of large language models are unlikely to decrease. Therefore, it is important for us to find ways to adapt to these tools rather than simply fearing and prohibiting their use. This adjustment won’t be easy. Sudden technological shifts rarely are. But who better to guide students into this strange new world than their teachers?
HOW CAN WE OFFER ASSISTANCE? We will be devising strategies to ensure that educators stay ahead of their students in terms of technology. We will continue to provide you with updates on the latest advancements in this particular area.
