Chef Ajay Pant has over 10 years of experience as an executive chef at luxury hotels in Egypt and Qatar. He is currently the executive chef of the Sharm El Sheikh Marriott in Egypt, overseeing two hotels located on the beach and in the mountains. Prior to his current role, he was the acting executive chef of the Doha Marriott in Qatar from 2008-2009. As executive chef, he manages over 10 food and beverage outlets and creates menus highlighting cuisines from around the world.
