This document outlines plans for the Cheongju Idea Factory project which aims to convert an old cigarette factory into a space that fosters creativity and community activity. The initial proposals include a children's library, idea playground, and flea market. The design strategy is to develop the architecture alongside the programming, preserving existing qualities while providing basic infrastructure and opening up the building. An example floor plan shows dividing spaces into a big common area, middle temporary lab spaces, and small personal work areas. The team's first action is to start seeding the project in August 2011.
