Chhattisgarh Government
The Government of Chhattisgarh also known as the State
Government of Chhattisgarh is the supreme governing authority
of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh and its 27 districts.
It consists of an executive, led by the
Governor of Chhattisgarh, a judiciary
and a legislative branch.
The Governor is the head of the state of Chhattisgarh,
who is appointed by the President of India on the advice
of Central government. The Chief Minister is the head of
government and has the authority to execute powers.
Raipur is the capital of Chhattisgarh, and houses the
Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha and the secretariat. The
Chhattisgarh High Court, located Bilaspur, has
jurisdiction over the whole state.
Chhattisgarh government will set up the
state's first cow sanctuary at Jhalar village in
Bemetara district.
The state government has taken the promotion work
of organic cultivation and it plans to take it up in an
area of more than 20,000 hectares.
The government has provided sufficient facilities for
the purpose of displacement of the tribals.
In March 2015, with an aim to learn more about
the incubation facility and to explore the ways to
set up a similar facility in Chhattisgarh, the
officials from Chhattisgarh government visited
the Kochi-based start-up village.
A high-level delegation team lead by joint
secretary to the Chhattisgarh chief minister
visited Startup Village and held discussions with
the executives to understand the working of
incubation facility.
They planned about the possible support and
expertise that Startup Village authorities would
provide to set up a facility at Naya Raipur.
The system will turn out to be very
beneficial to the young boys and
girls.
The whole environment will give the sufficient
facilities for the young talents so that they can
implement their innovative ideas.
The Chhattisgarh Government has taken a number of efforts
over the last 30 months in creating an ecosystem which
supports young entrepreneurs. The senior officials have
briefed them about the important aspects that need to be
developed for creating a dynamic entrepreneurship
ecosystem.
