Osmium TA is a text analytics service that provides four types of analysis on customer data including classification, clustering, part-of-speech tagging, and topic modeling. The service is offered by Chibwe and delivers expert interpretations and insights on the analyzed data by the following day if received by 3pm. Osmium aims to help customers gain deeper insights from large amounts of text data than other analytics tools by providing customized analysis and advice.
