This is an overview of architecture, engineering, residential and commercial building designers, and architectural forensics consultants, Childress Engineering. We work on a variety of projects, from forensic consulting on the Cowboys Stadium cave-in, to building schools for the children of Cleburne ISD. Our specialty is curtainwall design, a unique architectural school of design that provides more natural light, deeper into buildings, frees up floor space vs. traditional building design, and looks modern and beautiful.

INTRODUCTION Overview Childress Engineering Services (CESGlobal) is an engineering and architecture firm with no piers. While there are many architecture firms, and there are some very fine engineering firms, none can claim to contain the full suite of services as we provide, all under one roof. Childress Engineering is well known for our beautiful and resilient curtainwall engineering designs, but that is only one facet of our business. We strive every day to have our values, vision and mission resonate with whom we serve. Weve also kept our commitment to obtain the highest levels of both quality and service. INTRODUCTION What We Do Curtainwall Consulting Architectural Structural/Residential Our engineers and AutoCAD technicians have many years experience in the design of exterior wall components, such as handset and unitized thin veneer granite, glass and aluminum curtainwall, unitized storefront design and skylights. Provide consulting services to building owners, architects, manufacturers and contractors for design, analysis and inspections for new as well as remedial construction. CES is also frequently called upon to provide emergency response and onsite engineering. CES provides architectural engineering and design services for residential, low-rise and high-rise commercial projects. Our imaginative staff provides our clients with distinctive results using innovative design processes. Responsible for the overall profitability & operational management of the Residential Engineering & Design Division, sales & customer development, forecasting, budgets, staffing, & invoicing of all residential projects. Responsible for managing the installation process, from start to finish, for SlabTek suspended foundation system. Work closely with project managers to insure proper installation is maintained to successfully suspend the foundation. INTRODUCTION To Curtainwall Design Other Materials Benefits What is Curtainwall Design? Glass and aluminum form most curtainwalls. Prior to Aluminums adoption in the 1970s, steel was commonly used. Earlier materials include stone veneer, plate glass, and even fabric. Lets in more natural light to interior of the building Rainscreen Principle keeps water out of the building Reduced energy costs, greater floor space inside.
