- 4. Haishengs History Year Events 1996 Founded by Mr. Gao Liang. First plant was established in Qianxian, Shaanxi. 1998 US office was established in New York 19 9 9 Participated in international AJC specification filing. 2002 Second plant was established in Dalian, Liaoning (high acidity AJC base). 2003 Third plant was establish in Weinan, Shaanxi (aroma & PJC were involved). 2004 Fourth plant was established in Qingdao, Shandong ( mid-acidity center). Expanded our business to over 30 countries. 2005 Fifth plant was established in Yuncheng, Shanxi (production capacity with 100mt/hr). Listed in Hong Kong stock exchange. 2007 Lingbao plant, in Henan; Dangshan plant, in Anhui were establishe d . 2008 Started producing Apple cloudy, Strawberry, Carrot and Peach juice concentrates. Aquired Qixia Oriental Plant, in Yantai, with production capacity of 50mt/hr.
