3. Campaign-list dialing: A list of pre-
defined numbers are provided to the
system and the numbers are dialed
sequentially. The client running the
campaign usually provides the list.
Event-based dialing: The calls are
made to specific numbers based on an
event anniversaries, birthdays, national
holidays, festivals, etc.
Prefix-based dialing: The system admin
provides an exchange prefix, let's say
9898, the rest of the 4 digits are
generated automatically and randomly
and the number thus formed 9898xxxx
is then dialed out.
Features
Busy: Re-dial every n minutes for x
attempts (typically every 5 minutes for 12
attempts), and then the queued call is
put into the Busy verification list to
determine if the number is correct.
No answer: Re-dial every x minutes for y
attempts (typically every 60 minutes for 4
attempts) and then put into the No
Answer verification list.
Answering Machine: the call is passed
to the agent or it is put into a recall list
with a time delay of p minutes and a
recall count of z attempts. After this it is
put into the Answering Machine
verification list (the agent may also put
the record into this list).

OBD automatically screens records against a restricted calling list, such as a Do-Not-Call (DNC)
list, and will not call any number found in the list. In addition, you can track these records and
generate statistical reports from them.
Depending on the response type the OBD system decides whether to retry the call or send an
SMS with the same message when the caller is busy or switched off.
The system displays both campaign and all agent statistics and reports easily. Facilitates remote
(Web based) monitoring of real time traffic and statistics.
