different responsibilities which included performing background checks for clients, maintaining the
clientdatabase,reviewing clientfiles (sometimes onclientpremises),ensuringclientsare complying
withrulesandregulationsassetbythe GuernseyFinancialServicesCommission(GFSC),reviewingthe
latest publications and regulations released by the GFSC and writing blog posts for the company
website.ThroughtheseresponsibilitiesI acquired valuable experience inworkinginasmall teamand
how to work well with others.

Three monthspaidworkexperience.Duringmytime hereIcompletedamassive clientdatainputand
backgroundcheckingproject.In completingthisprojectIdemonstratedanextraordinaryworkethic,
this led to me being asked by the head of compliance at the time to work for his new business,
Corporate Risk Solutions.WhilstatMarlborough I gainedvaluable experience inworkingaspart of a
team in a large office as well as socialising with the entire office through organised events such as
mini-golf and fishing.
Interest, Activities and Positions of Responsibility
I enjoyplayinganumberof differentsportssuchas Dodgeball, Cycling, Squashand5a side football.I
alsoenjoyimmersingmyself inentertainmentexperiencessuchasfilms,comicbooksandvideogames
and discussing them with my friends.
April 2013 – April 2014 Transport Secretary of the Southampton University Dodgeball Club,
responsibilities mainly involved organising transport for both the Men’s and Women’s Dodgeball
teams for tournaments. Further to this, I attended all training sessions and social events as well as
having a valuable input in committee meetings.
Additional Skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel, Word and Access.
 FamiliaritywithVisual BasicforApplications (VBA), SQL, SPSS, SAS, XPRESS-IVE and Simul8.
 Proficiency in LaTeΧ.
 Driving Licence – Passed in 2010 and have a clean driving record.
