   If its an International Event
     Update Passport
 What is Required?
  Your own PC, Laptop and/or Gaming Console
  Proper Cabling
    Network Cable at Least 25 ft
    Power Strip
  Hotel Room and/or Place to Sleep.
    Most Events do not Allow Sleeping at the Computer or
     Console
  Transportation
    Need a Rental Car or Transportation from the Airport to
     the Event.
  Event Waiver
    Almost all Events Require the Participant to Sigh a
     Waiver to Cover the Events Legal Obligations
   Check Airlines
     Within the US
       Check the Closest Major Airport near the Event.
       Does the Airline allow Computer Electronic Luggage?
     Outside the US
       Check the International Airlines for Closest Airport.
       Much more Time Between Flights
       Adjust Time off to Plan for Layovers
   Check out Car Rentals
     Price per Day
     Availability
