A Citibox customer in Spain received over 30 letters in their first delivery from the UK warehouse to their Spanish Citibox address, which was two full bags of mail. They had signed up for Citibox because the Spanish postal service had failed to reliably deliver their mail in the past. Specifically, an important package worth 贈200 was lost, costing the customer a potential 贈500 profit from a job. Their Citibox address allowed family in the UK to reliably send birthday presents and important documents that they had previously been unable to send through the Spanish postal system. As long as regular postal services remain unreliable, Citibox provides a better option for receiving mail abroad.
