A Citibox customer in Spain received over 30 letters in their first delivery from the UK warehouse to their Spanish Citibox address, which was two full bags of mail. They had signed up for Citibox because the Spanish postal service had failed to deliver their mail reliably in the past. One package delivered by the local postal service in Spain went missing, costing the recipient 贈700. Luckily, other important mail like medical records and birthday presents that relatives had sent from the UK arrived safely through Citibox instead of the Spanish postal service. As long as regular mail delivery is unreliable, Citibox provides a better option for receiving international mail in Spain.

Luckily, it was our customers birthday the day after their first mail shipment arrived. All his family now had a UK address to which they sent his presents (they never bothered sending them to Spain) plus his mother and sister sent valuable personal documents, medical records, X-Rays and other items they had been storing in the UK for years because they didnt trust th 1/2
