The document describes plans for two retail center projects. The first project in China will feature a mixed-use development inspired by dragon mythology and feng shui principles, providing a civic plaza and shops along a street punctuated by a courtyard with restaurants, a cinema, and hotel. The second project in Istanbul aims to serve as an urban center, with its geometry and circulation anticipating integration into the dense surrounding area to create an alternative to out-of-town retail centers. It will have landscaped areas, an underground parking garage, and pedestrian routes connecting to the city.
