Aeroflot Futsal 俄航室内足球赛 Event Concept Creation Event Production Performance Management Design Photography & Video Licensing & Venue Scouting Event Rundown Planning 创意构思 活动制作 表演管理 设计 摄影 & 摄像 许可证 & 场地勘察 流程安排 Our role我们的任务 City Moments 受雇于俄航，举办了由其赞助的上海和北京，五人制室内足球亚洲杯比赛。我们主要的职 责是寻找合适的体育场馆，邀请中国 12 所著名大学的专业球队，来参加比赛。 City Moments 策划了整个活动并且完成了现场执行工作。
- 7. Aeroflot initiated an Asian futsal tournament (5 vs 5) and City Moments was responsible for the execution in China (Shanghai / Beijing). Part of the role was to find suitable arenas and approach the best 12 universities in China to participate with their official football teams. Further City Moments took care of the complete event planning and execution.

- 9. To celebrate the UEFA Champions League final, City Moments organized an event for Heineken within a mall in Shanghai. The event was a combination of a daytime Heineken roadshow, an outdoor viewing and an indoor DJ event. City Moments was in charge of media buy, concept creation and execution.

- 11. Festivals City Moments was commissioned to design and display Aeroflot Christmas trees in Shanghai / Beijing for a period of 2 weeks. Two attractions were developed. An interactive photo-booth where customers could print out their customized pictures and share Aeroflot Christmas greetings online as well as an induction bike that lit up the Aeroflot logo when pedaling.

You&Metro Media Campaign 麦德龙超市媒体活动 Production Logistics Hospitality Management 生产物流 项目管理 Our role我们的任务 为了推广麦德龙媒体活动 --“你和麦德龙”，City Moments 被委托协助德国团队的拍摄工 作以及活动制作和所有的物流。 For the media campaign"You&Metro", City Moments was approached to handle the hospitality management of a German photography team, the production and all the logistics.

The idea was to show a journey of the Tiger female band around the world within a painted background theme.
- 16. √ √ √ Aeroflot TouchMedia Marketing Campaign 俄罗斯国际航空与触动传媒 Concept creation Execution Marketing & PR Ongoing Quality Management 创意构思 执行 市场推广 & 公关 进程跟踪管理 Our role我们的任务 Total users: QR code input: TVC viewed: 位充电用户 次二维码扫描 次广告播放 3,177,920 1,748,978 50,153,026 俄航为了推广他们的飞机座位上的新功能 --USB 充电接口，希望 City Moments 能基于触 动媒体的平台策划一个推广方案。出租车乘客可以在乘车播放俄航广告的同时，用他们手机 USB 充电线连接到屏幕上免费充电 3 分钟。如果需要无限时充电，可以扫一扫屏幕上的二 维码实现。这个活动维持了 3 个月。 To promote the new in-seat USB chargers on Aeroflot airplanes' City Moments came up with a concept to tie the airline promotion campaign to the existing Touchmedia USB chargers in Shanghai. Taxi customers were able to charge their mobile phones for 3 minutes for free while Aeroflot advertisement was shown. For unlimited charging the guests could scan the Aeroflot QR code. The campaign ran for 3 months.

Aeroflot Chinese Restaurant's Traveller Guide 俄罗斯国际航空博主之旅 制作 & 执行 市场推广 & 公关 博主筛选 接待管理 设计 摄影 & 摄像 餐厅勘察 Our role我们的任务 Production & Execution Marketing & PR KOL Selection Hospitality Management Design Photography & Video Restaurant Scouting 基于中国旅客喜欢在海外旅行的时候享用中国美食，City Moments 策划和组织了六名中国 博主前往欧洲七大城市，品尝海外的中国餐厅的美食。而且撰写了电子 PDF 格式的欧洲最 佳中国餐厅指南，可在线下载。 Based on the fact that Chinese tourists travelling abroad like to eat Chinese food, City Moments planned and organized a trip of 6 famous Chinese bloggers to travel to 7 European cities to test Chinese restaurants and blog about the trip. A PDF guide to the best Chinese restaurants in Europe was put online and made available for people to download.
- 18. Corona Street Art 科罗娜啤酒街头艺术 City Moments 为科罗娜啤酒策划并执行一项概念街头艺术，并在广州展出了三个月。这个 四米高，三十六米长的巨幅设计充分表现了科罗娜意图塑造的海滩意境。 City Moments developed and executed a street art concept for Corona, which was showcased at Guangzhou for 3 months. The 36 x 4 meter design showcased the Corona SunSets beach vibe.

The bookings included world famous DJ Gui Boratto and Booka Shade. Up to now the events are the most successful events hosted at the Mercedes Benz Mixing Room.

- 24. Spotlight is an urban youth culture festival in China, which was completely developed by City Moments, from concept to execution. The festival is a combination of Music, Fashion and Art, which targets the urban fashion market of China. The first edition attracted more than 3800 guests. √ Attendees: 3800 人参加

City Moments was responsible for the design, for finding the right venue and Marketing & PR. - 28. When Corona entered the Chinese market with their SunSets series, City Moments was approached to develop a creative concept to bring the Corona SunSets event vibe to high-end clubs in China (Bar Rouge, POP and Xiu). The events included DJ bookings, production and marketing.

Heineken Green Room Series 喜力啤酒绿室系列 创意构思 活动制作 & 执行 表演管理 设计 摄影 & 摄像 场地勘察 流程安排 Event Concept Creation Event Production & Execution Performance Management Design Photography & Video Venue Scouting Event Rundown Planning Our role我们的任务 City Moments 颠覆了过往的绿室活动的理念，策划了在中国最成功的喜力绿室活动系列。 一个多样变化的模块状 DJ 台，由喜力酒瓶为主要材料的门洞，组成了该活动的标志。 绿室活动系列在上海各大高级俱乐部和酒吧举办过，例如 Bar Rouge, M1NT, Arham, Mook 和 Unico。在 City Moments 帮助下，促成了喜力与 Unico 签订了二年的特殊合作协议。
- 30. The series was hosted in the most famous clubs in Shanghai like Bar Rouge, M1NT, Arham, Mook and Unico. In the course of the series City Moments helped Heineken to sign an exclusive 2 years contract with Unico. City Moments took an existing concept and with a creative twist it became one of the most successful club series in China. An interactive modular DJ booth and an entrance made out of Heineken bottles formed the center point of the events.

- 34. City Moments was approached by Tiger to create a concept for an event series resembling the famous Thailand Full-moon parties. The event series was executed at Sun Island, which includes a large wave- pool and an artificial beach. In total more than 1,200 guests were transported from different cities to join the event series, which took place 3 times.
