This document provides an overview on the CKCC parent
portal. This includes, how to register, how to approve
access and how to access the site.

How to Sign Up
To sign up to the
CKCC parent
portal, click on the
parent portal
button on the top
navigation menu.

How to Sign Up
You will be taken to a new page that has the title CKCC parent portal. On
this screen you have the option to click either the members area button,
or the signup button.
If you have already signed up to the CKCC parent portal, to login simply
click the members area button. If you are yet to create an online parent
portal account with CKCC, click the signup button.

How to Sign Up
When clicking the signup button, you will be taken
to the CKCC registration page. This page allows
parents or guardians of children attending CKCC, to
sign up to the online CKCC portal.
In order to access any of the content within the
CKCC online portal, all parents and guardians must
first complete this registration form.
Please complete all the fields attached to submit
your registration. You need to complete all the
registration form fields on this page. You also need
to agree to the terms and conditions.
The username you nominate, will be the username
you will always use to login to the website. This
does not need to be your name.

How to Sign Up
When completing your details please use the first
name, last name and phone number used when
registering your child at CKCC. Your registration request
will be validated using these details.
If you have multiple children at CKCC, please register
using the details of your eldest child. Then contact
CKCC via the contact page of this website requesting
access for your other child or children. This further
access will be given upon validating your registration.
Upon clicking the register button, your registration
application will be automatically sent to a CKCC
website administrator. Your request for access to the
CKCC parent portal will generally take between one
and two business days.

Visit the website and click the parent
portal button.
You will see a new page with the title
CKCC parent portal. To view the content
within the CKCC online portal, click the
button members area.
This will take you to a new page where
you are invited to login to the CKCC
portal using your authorised username
and password. If you have not received
your approved username and password,
return to the previous screen and click
the signup button.
Once you have successfully logged in,
click the members area button.

We have now successfully logged
into the website and can select the
parent area you wish to view.
Note that all note that the names of
all rooms are visible in this members
area, however you can only view
rooms that you have access to. If
you require access to a room
because you are a parent or
guardian of a room, contact CKCC
via the online contact form to
request this access.
