Creating and deleting listings on the Acxiom business listing manager requires creating an account, finding an existing listing or adding a new one, and then verifying the listing through email submission of identification documents. The verification process generally takes 24 hours and allows for free verification of up to 5 listings, with additional listings costing $50 each. To delete a verified listing, one must claim the existing listing and complete the verification process before following the deletion instructions.

Verifying a Listing ? Once you’ve added or claimed a listing, you need to do a document verification. ? In order to do this is, you need to send an email to mblm@acxiom.com. This email address is also useful for support when you need it. See sample email on the next slide.
Verification Email Template “My username is [INSERT USERNAME] and my password is [INSERT PASSWORD]. In my account, I have a listing for [INSERT COMPANY NAME] in my account that is waiting verification. I'm attaching a document for verification. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.”
Attaching the Document When sending a verification email, you need to attach a document. A scan or photo of the document are both acceptable. This document needs to contain the following: ? Your business’s full name ? Your business’s full address
Acceptable Documents ? Federal Tax License Letter (submit a copy of the letter that includes your ID#, name, address and/or phone number of business) ? State, County, or City Business License or Sales Tax License ? Doing Business as License ? Fictitious Name Registration ? Utility bill ? Phone bill ? Insurance certificate
Unacceptable Documents ? Documents/information from Internet websites ? W-9 forms ? Copies of business cards ? Typed Word documents
The Verification Process ? Once you email the document, your listing should be verified within 24 hours. If it takes longer, email Acxiom and ask if there are any problems. ? You can verify up to 5 listings for free. If you exceed this limit, Acxiom will charge you $50 for each additional listing
Verification Completed A listing marked as “Claimed” is completely verified.
Deleting a Listing In order to delete a listing, you need to follow the previous instructions on how to claim an existing listing. After this, you need to do a document verification. Once the listing is verified, follow the instructions on the next slide.
