The barber lived in the city of Cashgar. The Sultan called him to shave his head. However, the barber started talking non-stop instead of working, angering the Sultan. The barber had six brothers with various disabilities - one was deaf, one stuttered, one was humpbacked, one was toothless, one was half-blind, and one was fully blind. Their names reflected their disabilities. The Sultan grew impatient with the barber and tried to send him away, but the barber insisted on finishing the shave.
