2. We are all expected to work with other organisations or agencies in order to "do" the "do". We are, also, members of a variety of different groups and associations. In this module we want to explore the ideas and ways of working which have shaped much of the current debates on partnership working. A central claim of much of the practice (and policy) debates are that partnership working is more productive and positive for the individuals involved. As part of the module we will be asking you to draw upon your own experience as a way of unpacking the policy and practice of partnership working. We expect that the pressures within the Sector to develop partnerships and networks will increase over the next 5 years. We are working in changing times and these discussions are an important part of anticipating the Future. Overview
3. Mapping the networks and partnerships they are part and the ones I am involved with油 The stress which is placed upon working together means that all organisations will be involved in some form of "partnership". As we will see how we define a partnership is important and a lack of a clear definition can lead to misunderstandings. In this section we will be asking you to list all the organisations or agencies you (and your home organisation) work with. We can see many of the difficulties and opportunities which the Sector is experiencing through the shift to "partnership" working. How we make sense of it, learn from the experiences and use that experience to inform our own practice is what this module is seeking to do. My organisation
