Ricky L. Tucker was promoted to Vice-President of the U.S. Black Chamber of Commerce's affiliate in Memphis, Tennessee. He had been serving as the Director of Member Services for the past three years at the Black Business Association of Memphis. Ricky brings experience from corporate leadership roles, as an entrepreneur, and as a business coach. The organization is excited about Ricky's new role as Vice-President.
