CodeControl Culture Playbook V1 (June 2019)
We care about professionals: finding, supporting,
growing, and nurturing them. Our team, our tal-
ent, our partners, theyre at the heart of everything
we do.
We wont stop short of that.
This is what gets each of us out of bed in the morn-
ing. And its what drives us as an organization.
We started with some of the worlds most talent-
ed freelancers and dedicated ourselves to match-
ing them with world-class projects and companies
who needed their services.
Were now building a vibrant community of pro-
fessionals over the world and helping to influence
a movement.

pertise. Without them, wed just be another hiring
firm. But were not. Were helping to shape the fu-
ture of work and serving professionals every step of
the way.

A lot more tasks will be automated. But
humans will still be needed. Creativity,
collaboration, strategy, complex deci-
sion-making, problem-solving, emotional
intelligence, these are all human skills.
CodeControl offers great work opportuni-
ties for professionals. From human to hu-
man.

With more experience and skills, well
have more control of our lives.More
choice. More autonomy. More opportuni-
ty to choose the path we take.

over a lifetime. Which is great, because
the complex challenges of tomorrow re-
quire us working together, today and for
a long time to come.

touch over time.

keep up with the changing times. It will

zation, welcoming freelancers, full-time
employees, and anyone in between.

This is only the beginning for us. The start
of a great story.
Well continue to evolve and grow; fail and
learn from our mistakes; break and re-
build processes; and question and refine
the ways in which we show up for one an-
other. And well do it with patience, care,
and humility. Because thats what tribes
do  they push forward and keep centered
on their mission.
Ours is to enable professionals to realize
